Abilene service dog saves woman's life, inspires children's book

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - In 2020, Abilene resident Robyn Burns experienced a life-changing event when she was diagnosed with a life-threatening brain aneurysm. After coming back home, she noticed that her dog, Harvey, had developed an ability to sense when she wasn't feeling well. This led to Harvey becoming a service dog, and now Burns and Harvey are working together to raise awareness and educate the community about the importance of service dogs.
