People of Bachhlauta village in Hapur have decided to penalise outsiders with Rs 5000, who will try to visit the village amid COVID-19 pandemic. Villagers appealed that nobody should come to their village. There are total 248 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh including 19 cured and two deaths. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 3666 in India and 109 deaths.
