Bizarre CCTV footage has emerged from China of a man clinging to the back of a bus to avoid paying a travel fare. In the video, captured on security cameras in Hubei Province on Tuesday 10 February, the man can be seen jumping onto the back of several buses and crouching low to evade detection. According to local news reports, police are still trying to identify and capture the serial fare dodger.
