Baltimore police investigating pair of shootings in Upton

Baltimore police were called Thursday afternoon to as many as two shootings in Upton. Video from SkyTeam 11, Baltimore's only news helicopter, showed police activity around 2:15 p.m. at locations on Pennsylvania Avenue and on Lafayette Avenue. Police said, at around 2:11 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of West Hoffman Street to investigate a ShotSpotter alert. At the scene, officers found a 49-year-old woman with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Officers later found an 18-year-old man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.
