it said weights wont make you bulky, and many woman are afraid of that happening- but most of the pictures showed bulky women. Not a fan of muscular woman.....answer lots of reps. low weights 40 min 5 ddays a week. do circuits. you'll be good. 20 curls, 20 air squats, 20 push ups. do 4 rounds. GO !! good luck to all

if you look at women who do lift weights you could tell that the weights make them look more masculine and some women take it to far they look unhealthy mannish looking
