Boris Johnson ignores reporter questions on Rishi Sunak’s net zero shakeup whilst on a run in Oxfordshire this morning. The prime minister used a speech on Wednesday to weaken a host of pledges designed to help the UK achieve a net zero carbon emission economy by 2050.
