Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL) and Carnival Corporation (CCL) shares are trading in the green as Truist Securities upgraded Royal Caribbean to "buy" and Carnival to "hold" and raised the price targets for both stocks.

CVS Health Corporation (CVS) shares are slightly up as the stock receives an upgrade from Evercore ISI to "outperform" from "in line," as well as a raised price target to $83 from $81.

Planet Fitness (PLNT) shares slide as the stock receives a downgrade from Jefferies to "hold" from "buy," as well as a slashed price target from $90 to $56, following CEO Chris Rondeau's departure.
