Deadly crash closes Folsom's Rainbow Bridge in both directions

One person is dead after a crash near the Rainbow Bridge in Folsom, authorities said. The bridge is closed in both directions. It happened around 10 a.m. on Thursday, the Folsom Police Department said. One vehicle went off the roadway and over the embankment, authorities said.
