The Dutch town of Valkenburg was left mostly underwater as severe flooding hit Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands on July 15.

Around 100 soldiers were deployed to help deal with the chaos, according to local reports.

A Dutch News report said over 400 homes in the town were without electricity.
