Personal letters written by Princess Diana to two close friends during her divorce from Prince Charles are being auctioned for charity. Tarek and Susie Kassem are selling 32 letters written by Diana, with the proceeds going to charities that she supported. Many of the letters are very emotional - saying she would not have agreed to a divorce if she’d known how “desperate and ugly” it would be, and hoping that 1997 would be an “easier” year.
