Pigeon stuck on high voltage cable rescued with drone

Video footage showed officers fastening the knife to the drone using tape, then flying the drone up to cut a string that had trapped the bird to the high voltage cable.

Residents said that the animal was stuck on the electric wire for more than 12 hours.

After falling down on a resident's roof, police and locals recovered the bird.

Neighbors brought the rescued animal to a local shelter for abandoned animals.
