A video has emerged of a man being knocked unconscious after falling off his mountain bike on a snowy hillside in Wales, UK. The unfortunate filmer captured the footage on a helmet-mounted camera during a bike ride near Merthyr Tydfil earlier this month. “Went for a ride with a few work friends in the snowy Welsh mountains and came off on my first run and knocked my self out! One trip to hospital later, I was given the all clear,” the filmer later wrote online.
