Democratic Presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg seems to have had a change of heart ….

After rival Elizabeth Warren confronted the former New York City Mayor - during this week's presidential debate in debate in Nevada - about his company’s record regarding claims of workplace discrimination and harassment… specifically non-disclosure agreements...

Bloomberg on Friday offered to release three women from non-disclosure agreements with his media company if they choose.

In a statement Bloomberg said the agreements concern "comments they said I had made," and that the women should contact his company for a release.

The billionaire businessman added that he was also ending the company's long-standing practice of requiring such confidentiality agreements when settlements are reached with complaining employees.

Saying: "I've done a lot of reflecting on this issue over the past few days, and I've decided that for as long as I'm running the company, we won't offer confidentiality agreements to resolve claims of sexual harassment or misconduct going forward,"

The agreements, Bloomberg said, "promote a culture of silence in the workplace and contribute to a culture of women not feeling safe or supported."

I spent my working life working for one of the biggest corporations in the world who has around 100,000 workers worldwide and just in the locations I worked at over the years there were dozens of lawsuits, some resulting in settlements, and all those involved non disclosure agreements. That is most often how it is done. That company won most if not all the cases they chose to fight in court but sometimes they recognized it was cheaper just to pay them off and shut them up so other employees didn't get the bright idea of trying to pull the same thing. It doesn't automatically mean that the head honcho or anyone else did anything wrong but in some cases I know someone somewhere in a position of authority did something wrong. It happens, especially in a large organization with thousands of people.

Bloomberg folds to Warren’s demands. If he folds this easy, how can he possible deal with world leaders?

Yes. He offered new more favorable NDA's to replace the old ones. He's a hush money King. His motto: He who has little, shall have less; and that which he has, shall be taken from him.
