DG Chambers of Commerce: Businesses face tsunami of costs

The Director General British Chambers of Commerce, Shevaun Haviland says that businesses face "a tsunami of costs", some of up to a 300% increase on what they were paying before Covid. She goes on to say that not being offered fixed term energy rates is "retracting growth from businesses" as they try to absorb costs instead of passing them on to consumers. .
