Hailstorms hit Southern Australia

The South Australian town of Tanunda was affected by flooding as a hailstorm passed through on Thursday (October 28).

Videos shared on social media showed floodwater flowing down streets as hail rained down.

A charity shop was also affected by rainwater seeping through its ceiling.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology for northeastern parts of South Australia, with severe thunderstorms in the forecast.
