A young family went on the search for a ‘pot of gold’ when they spotted a double rainbow landing in their backyard in Indianapolis after a bout of rain cleared on May 6.

Leslie Wells, who recorded the video, told Storyful that her son then jumped their fence to try to find the end of the rainbow after he couldn’t find it in their backyard, but came up short. Her children then spent about 20 minutes riding their bikes around the neighborhood to catch it.

“Our [6-year old] daughter was really sad she didn’t find a leprechaun or a pot of gold,” Wells said. Luckily, Wells found some leftover chocolate gold coins in the pantry and told her daughter the rainbow ended there. Credit: Leslie Wells via Storyful
