Koala and kangaroo joey duo form unlikely friendship

According to a press release from the Australian Reptile Park, the two first established contact when Ash the koala climbed down from her perch to introduce herself to Frankie the kangaroo---and the two have been inseparable ever since.

Ash is one the first koala joeys to be born from a breeding program launched in 2020 after the bushfires devastated the country's koala population, the press release said.
