Landslide engulfs Peruvian town, threats linger

STORY: Sliding rocks rolled down the rumbling hill of Peruvian Cruz de Shallapa as the country's Defence Minister Jose Gavidia visited the ravaged area on Thursday (June 30).

The Minister warned people to stay away from at-risk areas with the threat of new landslides casting a shadow over the area.

No deaths or injuries have yet been reported.
