Lucky escape as snow slabs fall on students

Videos obtained by local media outlet Koroglu TV showed huge chunks of snow falling off the building at Izzet Baysal University in northwestern province of Bolu.

Two students are seen on the ground moving about as eyewitnesses ask whether they are okay.

Heavy snowfall has shut down highways and caused traffic accidents in the northwestern province of Bolu, and authorities said the province is blanketed in 30 inches (76cm) of snow.
