'Silly Weather': Wine Country Native Can't Believe Snowfall in Late March

A Napa County native was taken aback by the sight of snow in the area on March 28, calling the arrival of wintry conditions “silly weather” for that time of year in wine country.

With the National Weather Service (NWS) predicting conditions “cold enough to support” snow, local man Craig Philpott shared footage of the white stuff, taken in the Howell Mountain area.
