A brief snow twister spun in Toronto as a winter storm brought heavy snowfall to Canada’s largest city on January 17.

As much as 45 centimeters (17 inches) of snow accumulated in the Ontario city on Monday. The storm prompted a blizzard warning for much of the city’s urban area.
