Tropical Storm Fay Floods Philadelphia

Flash flooding was reported in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on July 10 as Tropical Storm Fay hit the Northeast, according to local reports.

This video shows a block in the Logan Square neighborhood of Philadelphia on Friday.

Flooding was also reported along the New Jersey shore, including Ocean City, Avalon, and Stone Harbor, as Tropical Storm Fay moved northwards over the East Coast.
