STORY: Ukraine's State Emergency Service said in a Facebook post that the strike left 4 people wounded, and caused a fire and severe damage in one of the town’s resorts.

Reuters was not able to independently verify the authenticity of the video, the date it was filmed, and the location of the footage.

The railway bridge in Zatoka is a key connection between the Odesa region's south to the rest of Ukraine and has been targeted during the war several times before.
