A TikToker is sparking debate over the Starbucks refill policy. The video, shared by @bestoftarget, explains how Target customers can get free refills at Starbucks while shopping inside the chain. In her clip, @bestoftarget walks up to a Starbucks inside a Target and asks the barista about free refills. The barista proceeds to explain that Target customers do get free refills while shopping in the store. The refills don’t apply to specialty drinks — only hot coffees, iced coffees and teas. Additionally, the Starbucks refill policy only applies to Rewards members, according to the chain’s site. The good news? It actually works at any Starbucks store — not just Target
