In a massive deal, Exxon Mobil has agreed to buy Pioneer Natural Resources in a nearly $60 billion all-stock deal. The deal is expected to close early next year. Walgreens is also making headlines this morning, naming former Express Scripts CEO Tim Wentworth as its next CEO. Wentworth will assume the role starting October 23, replacing Roz Brewer who stepped down earlier this year.
