Fireball Streaks Across New Jersey Sky

A bright fireball was seen in New Jersey early on Wednesday, April 10, residents in at least 10 towns reported, according to local media.

Footage recorded by Linda Price-Heine shows the event from her home cameras at 3:43 am.

Local media reported that the phenomenon had also been seen in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New York state, with about 60 unofficial reports made to the American Meteor Society between 3:40 and 3:55 am. Credit: Linda Price-Heine via Storyful
