Floodwater Swamps California's Central Valley as Storms Persist

Floodwaters swamped parts of central California as stormy weather persisted on Wednesday, March 22.

Local media reported parts of the Central Valley were under evacuation orders.

A flood watch remained in place for low-lying areas until Wednesday night, the National Weather Service said.
