Evelyn Yang, wife of presidential candidate Andrew Yang, spoke before a large crowd at the Women’s March in Washington on January 18.

Evelyn Yang can be heard in this video speaking about Andrew Yang’s universal basic income plan – formally known as the Freedom Dividend – which would provide eligible citizens $1,000 per month as a form of social security.

At the end of this video, Evelyn Yang can be heard beginning to tell her story as a survivor of sexual assault. In a recent interview with CNN, she revealed she was sexually assaulted by her doctor while pregnant.
