Friends Take Passing Notes to Next Level by Sending Messages Between 8 Floors

Meredith Dean’s friends, twins Kristen and Amanda Cella, moved into Dean’s apartment building in Charlotte, North Carolina. Instead of descending eight floors to welcome them, Meredith sent a homemade welcome sign down to them on a length of string.

The twins eventually retrieved the sign from the side of the building after some difficulty and hilarity. After Dean hoisted the sign back to her apartment she discovered a fruit roll taped to the back of it.
