Man Approaches Women With Creepy Handwritten Letters in Melbourne

Police are seeking a white-haired man who is distributing sexually explicit letters and making disturbing phone calls to women in the Coburg, Torquay and Essendon areas of Melbourne.

They released footage on July 22, showing the man walking around Airport West.
