Arrests Made After Police Pursue Stolen Vehicle at High Speed Through Streets of Manchester

Police in Manchester, England, arrested two men on September 15 after pursuing them in a “suspected stolen vehicle” at speeds of over 110 mph.

Dashcam and aerial footage shows the pursuit, which police said took place in the early hours of the morning.
