Snowfall and gusty winds sent sheets of snow gliding across the ground in Colorado on Tuesday, February 25.

The National Weather Service (NWS) said a band of snow moved through the area east of Denver, creating “very poor” travel conditions. Several quick bursts of snow — also known as snow squalls — were reported throughout Colorado on Tuesday.

The NWS later said light snow and wind gusts up to 35 mph were continuing to impact the Denver region.
