After their final Rugby World Cup game was canceled, Canadian players helped clean up damage caused by Typhoon Hagibis in Kamaishi, Japan, on October 13.

Canada were scheduled to play Namibia on Sunday, October 13, at Kamaishi Recovery Memorial Stadium; however, the game was canceled due to concerns over the typhoon.

Rugby Canada wrote on Facebook: “More than a game, it’s the values behind it. Sending our support out to all affected by Typhoon Hagibis. Thank you Japan for embracing our team and the game!”
