Though Chick-fil-A usually stay closed on Sundays, a restaurant in Temple, Texas, made a exception on Sunday, April 21, for a boy awaiting surgery to remove a tumor in his brain.

Joey Agee shared footage on Facebook of his son, Danny, receiving the special delivery. Danny had asked for chicken nuggets from the restaurant, a final meal before his brain surgery the next day. According to Agee, nurse Jenny Pearce made the delivery happen. The manager of the fast-food restaurant came to the hospital with their mascot, the Chick-fil-A cow.
