Determined Seal Attempts to Steal Diver's Hood

A diver caught the antics of a mischievous seal on camera as it tried to rip his diving cap off his head in the waters off the coast of the Farne Islands, in the North Sea.

Ben Burville, a scuba diver who works as a doctor in the coastal town of Amble, Northumberland, by day, has built up a rapport with seals in the area after nearly 20 years diving among them.

Footage taken by Burville shows a seal playfully swimming around him while trying to snatch his diving hood off with its teeth. Burville shared the adorable moment on his YouTube account on November 18. Credit: Ben Burville via Storyful
