Ventura County Sheriff in California identified as Naya Rivera the woman feared dead after a young boy was discovered floating on a boat on Lake Piru late on July 8.

Rivera, an actress in ‘Glee’, was presumed dead, according to a report citing police.

The sheriff’s office said a search and rescue operation involving a helicopter would resume at first light.
