Tropical Storm Meari headed northeast in the Pacific Ocean along the Japanese coast on Sunday, August 14, officials said, after it made landfall southwest of Tokyo the day before.

This footage was captured by Twitter user @tic69__oknw, who said it was filmed in Chiba, east of Tokyo, on Saturday.
