Hydration Is Key: Kansas Woman Drinks Water and Wine During Workout

All fitness buffs know staying hydrated is key to a good workout. Michele Gregor heeded this advice during a recent weight-lifting session, when she chose to sip equal quantities of water and wine.

Vaughan posted a video to her YouTube channel on February 21 that shows her friend performing seated bench presses. She pauses after each repetition for a drink.

Gregor managed to secure a glass of red wine to one of the handles of the workout machine, and a water bottle to the other, each equipped with a straw for easy consumption.

Vaughan is showing gymgoers that workouts don’t necessarily have to be all about work; there is room for play as well, if you get creative enough. Credit: Megan Vaughan via Storyful
