Power Outage Prompts Travel Disruption in Caracas

A nationwide blackout hit Venezuela on July 22, affecting all of the country’s 23 states, El Nacional reported.

It was the first major nationwide blackout since March. The outage halted metro lines in the capital city of Caracas, El Nacional reported.
