High winds blew through Pueblo, Colorado, on Wednesday, December 15, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a dust storm warning earlier in the day.

This footage, posted to Twitter by Anthony Mestas, shows strong winds blowing dust and debris across the landscape outside his home.
