Deaf and Blind Dog Regularly Checks for Owner While Out for Walkies

A deaf and blind dog in Ohio likes to make sure that his owner is still with him while they are out walking, adorable footage posted to TikTok shows.

The video, filmed by Samantha Morgan, shows her and her dogs Echo and Morty out walking in Cincinnati. Morty can be seen stopping every so often to sniff out Morgan, before returning to his walk happily in the knowledge that she is right there with him.

Morgan told Storyful that two-year-old Morty’s walks tend to last a “good 20-30 minutes” and that he has always checks for her like this. Credit: Samantha Morgan via Storyful
