A hot air balloon made an emergency landing alongside a busy road in San Diego, California, on August 7, with cars continuing to drive along the street as the enormous balloon slowly descended.

Jamie Shetzer recorded footage of the incident, showing the hot air balloon hovering above the road while a group of people standing on the shoulder pulled on a rope that was tethered to the basket.
