Sure, most of the time when we end up in a huge fail, it's because we didn't think the situation through. Did we think that the trampoline would break? Were we expecting to fall out of that rolling chair going down the driveway? Did we think we wouldn't clear the table when attempting to jump over it? No, course not! We're not rocket scientists!
