Lake-effect snow was forecast by the National Weather Service for areas southeast of Lakes Erie and Ontario on January 25, with the highest accumulations expected for Chautauqua County.
Video taken by Tommy Cerra shows snow falling in Oswego just before 8 am on Tuesday, he said.
“Another day, another lake effect band,” he wrote on Twitter.
The NWS predicted up to three inches could fall in the Oswego area Tuesday. It had snowed “lightly” in the region the previous evening, making travel tricky in some places, the service said. Credit: Tommy Cerra via Storyful
