Protesters against pension reforms in France organized a series of torch-lit processions through several cities on the night of January 23.

Footage recorded in Marseille shows marchers with torches lighting lanterns and releasing them into the sky.

Similar events were organized in Strasbourg, Lyon, Dijon, Bordeaux, and elsewhere around the country.
