A waterfall at Shannon Falls Provincial Park in British Columbia swelled on Tuesday, November 30, as a rainfall warning was issued for the Howe Sound region, Environment Canada said.

This video filmed by Chet Felby, who said it was taken at 2 pm on Tuesday, shows water gushing down the waterfall.

Earlier footage tweeted by Darren Dickey is described as showing a considerably calmer cascade on August 28.

Up to 120 millimeters (about 4.7 inches) of rainfall was expected to accumulate near Squamish and the North Shore mountains through Wednesday, according to Environment Canada. Credit: Chet Felby via Storyful
