Puppy in Buffalo Plays in Record Spring Snow

A small dog played in and tasted fresh snow in Buffalo, New York, on April 21, as the National Weather Service confirmed a new daily snowfall record for the city.

The service said 3.1 inches of snow was recorded on April 21, which broke the old record for the date of 1.3 inches, set in 1934.
