Sea Foam Covers Cape Town as Winds Lash South African Coast

Gale-force winds blew sea foam across the waterfront of Cape Town’s Mouille Point as temperatures dropped in the central and eastern parts of South Africa on July 13. AccuWeather said the day’s low temperature was 46 F.

The video shows onlookers and cars getting hit by sea foam.
