Heavy snow made travel hazardous in Illinois as a massive winter storm stretched from south-central Texas to the northernmost tip of Maine on Thursday, February 3, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This video, posted by @TieDyeWanderer, shows numerous disabled semi-trucks amid icy conditions on Interstate 74 west of Champaign, Illinois, the uploader said. They said the road was “completely ice covered.”
