Heavy snow was reported in Seattle, Washington, on Tuesday morning, December 20, as a disruptive storm system was forecast to produce heavy snowfall, strong winds, and dangerously cold temperatures in the Pacific Northwest.

Crews worked to clear roads on Tuesday as more snow was expected, the Washington Department of Transportation said.
